Boarding House

Hostel is like a ‘Second’ home for Scholars and therefore every endeavour should be made to ensure that residential Scholars receive all the love and care and develop a value system to respect the norms of society and discipline of the School.

House Master / Mistress

House Master in the hostel is like ‘Head’ of the family and therefore plays a pivotal role in growth and holistic development of the Scholars.

Each Hostel has a lady Matron who works as ‘Mother’ to the Scholars.

No visitor will visit the rooms/dormitories. All visitors will first meet the House Master /Mistress, who will organise the meeting in a common room.Only parents/authorised guardians/local guardians will be allowed to meet on Saturday / Sundays once a month. No unauthorised person can meet the Scholar.

The visiting hours are as under: –
  1. Saturdays From 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  2. Sundays / Holidays From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

House Master/Mistress/Matron will NOT accept any gifts from parent, Scholars or anybody else connected with the Scholars. Visitors are NOT permitted to handover any eatables directly to the Scholar. No foodstuff (Cake etc) is permitted on birthdays. Scholars are allowed to order eatables for birthday parties through the School Mess. This amount will be charged to the account of the Scholar.

Scholars will not be permitted to receive visitors on a holiday, however in case of an emergency they can meet with prior permission from the Principal.

It is important that parents inform the Housemaster/Housemistress a few days in advance of their visit failing which they may find that permission is not granted because of a School function/programme. Please co-operate with us in this matter to avoid mutual embarassment.

There are no local guardians for girls but parents must give the name and address of a close relative/responsible person who could be contacted in case of an emergency.

Departure during holidays
