WHITE COLOUR THEME CELEBRATION (L1-J2)

White is an inherently positive colour, associated with purity, innocence, light, brilliance, faith and perfection. It is the colour that we all associate with love. This is why teaching our scholars to identify and relate to the colour is of paramount importance.

 

To make the learning fun and interesting, our school organized the White Color Day for L1-J2 scholars on 15th July, 2022. The day revolved around decorating everything white! for the scholars to visualise various white-coloured objects and learn to recognize them. Even the classrooms were decorated in-sync with the theme. Moreover, all the scholars as well as mentors were dressed in white. The aura was immensely peaceful and calming throughout the day! A wonderful morning assembly was conducted on the theme wherein scholars recited beautiful poems and explained the significance of the colour white. The scholars participated in making the Rabbits face made by chart paper and pasting cotton on it as a take away activity. These activities were conducted with the objective of developing their fine motor & gross motor skills.
