Sanskriti…..The School, Ajmer organised a three day Enrichment Programme for its staff members from 22nd to 24th June .

THEME Enhancing Team Building and Interpersonal Relationships

The workshop on “Enhancing Team Building and Interpersonal Relationships” conducted at Sanskriti…The School aimed to provide valuable insights and practical strategies for students, teachers, and staff to develop effective teamwork skills and foster positive relationships within the school community. The workshop was organized with the objective of equipping participants with the necessary tools to build strong teams and enhance interpersonal interactions.

The workshop was inaugurated by the Executive Director – Mr Neeraj Kumar Bedhotiya , the Headmaster – Dr Manoj Bhardwaj and Mr John G. Shulman – internationally recognised expert in ‘negotiations and conflict resolution ‘.
