*Inter House English Poem Recitation Competition* ( *M1-M3)*
Recitation is one of the most important and effective modes of learning a language and appreciating a piece of literature.
Keeping this in view “English Poem Recitation Competition” was held for the scholars (M1-M3)on Monday 31st of July, 2023 to bring out their poetic talent.
The main objective behind conducting such competitions was to build self-confidence, develop oratory skills and self-expression. Scholars were asked to prepare a poem on the following
Topics :
a) Love
b) Nature
c) motherhood.
d) Valour
Recitations will be judged on:
1 ). Voice and Intonation-10 marks
2). Expression-10 marks
3) Accuracy-10 marks
4). Overall Performance-10 marks
Time limit- 2 mins
